One of the most critical stages when connecting an electrical installation to networks or when a significant change in the power supply scheme, for example, when receiving additional electrical power. The efficiency and safety of its operation, as well as the time it takes to complete all approvals, depends on the correctness of the design of external power supply networks.

The design of internal electrical networks is carried out in coordination with the rest of the internal networks. A well-designed internal power supply system must provide uninterrupted power supply with correct distribution of loads in phases and have reliable grounding, protection against short circuits and current leakage.

For safety, inside settlements, street carriageways, sidewalks, squares, park zones, and courtyards are necessarily illuminated. For landscaping and decoration, architectural and artistic lighting of the facades of buildings is used.
For any of the listed lighting systems, an outdoor lighting design is required. The project must ensure the compliance of the system with lighting and electrical standards, rational consumption of energy resources, safe and convenient operation of equipment.

The design is carried out in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the Terms of Reference for the design. Each type of TS has its own characteristics in the development of a project, including carrying out calculations in order to prepare and justify the solutions and proposals indicated in the terms of reference. The complex of works also includes analysis of technical conditions, determination of the most suitable location, development of an electrical circuit and structural diagram, calculation of short-circuit currents, selection and determination of equipment, safety parameters, etc.
