Each electrical installation during installation and after it, before commissioning, must be tested by an electrical laboratory, acceptance tests of equipment and commissioning tests of electrical installation systems according to design schemes must be carried out in electrical installations after the completion of all construction and installation work on the electrical installation being handed over. The test reports confirm that the requirements of the PUE, PTEEP, PTB are met in full.
Works performed by specialists of our electrical laboratory:
• Checking the condition of elements of grounding devices and electrical installations;
• Checking the presence of a circuit and measuring the transition resistance between grounding and grounding wires, grounded equipment (elements) and grounding conductors;
• Measurement of soil resistivity;
• Measurement of resistance of all types of grounding devices;
• Measurement of insulation resistance of cables, secondary circuits and electrical wiring;
• Measurement of the impedance of the “phase-zero” loop in installations with voltages up to 1 kV with a dead-grounded neutral;
• Checking residual current devices: single-phase short-circuit current strength and loop impedance “phase-zero”;
• Testing with increased voltage of power cable lines;
Based on the results of the tests and measurements carried out, a technical report is drawn up, including a description of the work performed, protocols for each type of measurement and test.
The technical report is used for :
• submission to the supervisory authorities
• putting the electrical installation into operation (after installation, accident, repair)
• monitoring the state of equipment to prevent failures
• ensuring electrical and fire safety during the operation of electrical installations
Our laboratory is equipped with the necessary measuring instruments, all measuring instruments have passed the obligatory state metrological certification, according to the results of which the corresponding certificates and certificates were issued.
The activity of the electrotechnical laboratory is confirmed by the Certificate of Measuring Capabilities No. PT-283/19, dated 05.07.2019
